Hofner Basses

Hofner has two lines of hollow body basses and offers both bases in violin and club versions.  German reissue basses feature legendary German craftsmanship and great tone in a wide range of reissue violin basses.  The CT series is not designed as a reissue for any particular year however is uses the same violin and club body styles with an added sustain block in the body to increase sustain and strengthen the body. 

The CT's use the same German staple pickups as German basses do however they are built in Asia offering a great value in a Hofner bass.  Hofner offers a 2 year factory warranty with both lines of basses.  German basses come with flat wound strings, our shop can add flat wound stings to any CT bass at time of purchase for an additional $49.   We also usually stock Hofner special issues basses including cavern pickup spacing and fretless basses.  All Hofner German basses include a Hofner case and 2 year Hofner warranty.  CT Series basses also include case and 2 year Hofner warranty.  Please contact us today for a Hofner Bass Price Quote.
